I am SO sorry that happened to you! I find that with Southwest, it's hit or miss. I've been on flights where they're ridiculous (like your experience) and then recently on a flight to Las Vegas from Nashville (and also on the return)...they literally could have cared less whether you had your mask on or not! Never said a word! Most laid back flight attendants ever....which was SO SO nice! Teresa

Glad you guys made it home safe brotha and thank god your job understood the situation. This is why I always go with Spirit or as everyone calls it “The Ratchet AirLine” as well as frontier or Jet blue ... I know it’s not as comfortable but I’ve never had this problem with them . Do you have a preference for blue cars when renting? Southwest used to be one of the better airlines operating in Puerto Rico. I had a problem once with Jetblue (luggage was redirected) and got a voucher for the inconvenience of having to go back to the airport to pick up my luggage.

JetBlue, American, Continental non stop. Start looking for airlines that fly non stop to Puerto Rico. Choose better airlines. Glad you made it home safe after all the aggravation. Stay positive, better days are coming..kudos!!
Quick question how much did it cost to get the operator with the heavy machinery? Also what’s the total cost for materials and everything. A rough estimate would help a lot. We’re moving next year and would like to build a house also.
The operator with his machine was supposed to be $300 for 8 hours but the guy never showed up. I don’t have cost of building yet because I have not made it that far! Good luck!

Try when you go back to Puerto Rico land in Aguadilla, P.R. airport its closer to Las Marias and the airport is open. I think you make 1stop in Orlando.

It’s 2:35 hours to Houston maybe you can drive your car leave in short term parking and fly direct. You just spend a ton of money in gas and rental that you can probably do that and fly straight

It was a long ass day(s). I was not happy about it at first but like anything I got over it. I think you commented on my video I posted that day when we were driving back and I was ranting. Lol how many hours from NY to SC?
@@TannerEskew yeah it took me about 12 and 1/2 hours with the pit stops/restroom and gas’s/food.. i could of probably made it in 10/11 but I took it easy because I had surgery in my right knee few years back and I can’t drive long distances without having to stop and get out and stretch my legs out especially my right leg.. but I hate them long drives bro it takes a toll on you man lol
Southwest needs to give you payment for your flight that got cancelled and your rental car. They are the ones that screwed up. I hope you make a claim.

Now, regroup and seat back to compose an intelligent and detailed letter to the company. You’ll be surprised how this companies respond to complaints. I’ve done and have gotten vouchers for future travel.
