honestly, this song is such a bop, and the line distribution is somewhat fair. ideally the japanese members deserve a little more, but as a debut it's really refreshing to see izone do this kind of concept, and I don't doubt that this will be successful.
Pretty sure it's because they don't speak Korean that well, so it would be hard for them to sing multiple lines in a foreign language, over and over again. Not saying they can't, cause they have before. But just my two sense on why that happened.

@@joedan._ I think produce 48 is not for the japanese...its a combined project of the company of akb48 and mnet pd101 which means both koreans and japanese trainees will be icluded at the said project...if we are to see it clearly...yes japanese line members need more lines but the others are not fluent enough yet so we need to wait for them to improve
They will probably get more lines in the future (don't suit this song as much) and most likely they will have a LOT more lines in whatever songs they're releasing for their Japan debut/promotions.

nako has an amazing voice, i agree! however, i don't think it really fits this particular concept. eunbi's main skill set may be her dancing, however, her voice was a perfect fit for this debut. bc the group was decided by viewer voting (as everyone here knows already lol) and not by management deciding who would go best together as a group based on skill sets and preferred concepts, produce groups have to experiment and mess around with a bunch of different concepts to see what works because the final lineup doesn't necessarily go together all that well, so with different concepts different members will get the spotlight. i'm sure nako will be a really big focus if they do a cute concept or an elegant feminine concept! i do believe nako fit the visual concept for this extremely well and was placed well in performance formations. white looks really good on her, and so do pink and red!!

I think this line distribution is really fair~! Especially for the concept and style of this song. But no matter what, visually, all these girls fit the concept so well~! I was honestly scared that Wonyoung would be the center a whole lot with this debut song because she placed first... but they all had a chance to be in the center which was refreshing, just like this amazing song. Also I love how you put their colors as their line time! I’ll come back to this video so that I remember which color is who’s. :)
Actually in Fiesta and Violeta she did sing lead vocal lines. In Violeta both the verses and chorus she did were sang by the other lead vocals too. In Fiesta, she got the 2nd and 3rd part of the chorus while her verse part was suitable for a lead vocal (I mean Minju did improve to do that part too). The downside is she didn't get the prechorus/the longer part of the chorus in Fiesta and was the only one who didn't get a prechorus in both Violeta and Fiesta. Tl;dr - she is still getting lead vocal parts, but shorter. Maybe they could've done either 4 short parts but still sufficient, or at least 1 long part + 2 short parts. Something like Yena's 2 long parts isn't bad too but I'd rather the members have less lines but appear throughout the song (LVR is the perfect example for Hyewon,Sakura, Chaeyeon) than just appear twice like Yena in Fiesta and Chaewon in LVR.
From the first time I watched the MV, I knew that it’s fair for a 12 member group. And the lines are given to those who suits it best. I am loving this comeback so far! And they’re high ranking on charts! I am so proud. First win is not far in the future ❤️

I think this line distribution is really fair~! Especially for the concept and style of this song. But no matter what, visually, all these girls fit the concept so well~! I was honestly scared that Wonyoung would be the center a whole lot with this debut song because she placed first... but they all had a chance to be in the center which was refreshing, just like this amazing song. Also I love how you put their colors as their line time! I’ll come back to this video so that I remember which color is who’s. :)

Actually in Fiesta and Violeta she did sing lead vocal lines. In Violeta both the verses and chorus she did were sang by the other lead vocals too. In Fiesta, she got the 2nd and 3rd part of the chorus while her verse part was suitable for a lead vocal (I mean Minju did improve to do that part too).
The downside is she didn't get the prechorus/the longer part of the chorus in Fiesta and was the only one who didn't get a prechorus in both Violeta and Fiesta.
Tl;dr - she is still getting lead vocal parts, but shorter. Maybe they could've done either 4 short parts but still sufficient, or at least 1 long part + 2 short parts. Something like Yena's 2 long parts isn't bad too but I'd rather the members have less lines but appear throughout the song (LVR is the perfect example for Hyewon,Sakura, Chaeyeon) than just appear twice like Yena in Fiesta and Chaewon in LVR.
