What a beautiful, riveting & calming conversation. My name is Joanne Petit-Frère, best known for my Textile Hair Sculpture work and personal style to some. I have been blessed to work with Terence on several projects on Art Production, Hair & Costume Design for short film projects as well, Specialty Hair for RAOF ^•^
Terence is by far my favorite Film director and Artist to have worked with to this date. His powerful presence allowing for most freedoms of those around him to thrive. Then when he steps forth, the sheer awe at his keen delivery of a dreamy cadence held with all rising fists. Sending much love to you Terence 💖
Carrie Mae Weems, you are an icon and hopefully I will be blessed to meet you one day, to sit over some tea and biscuits and for me to just learn and pay reverence. Thank you so much for your work, for your inquiries, for your delivery and ferocity. Much love to you the great Carrie Mae Weems 💖

This is a beautiful conversation very uplifting. I am shocked this video is not more widely known. Random Acts Of Flyness is the most unique and creatively inspiring show I have seen in years, I have never experienced a show that could have me in tears and then laughing less than a minute later. Thank you Mr. Nance and thank you to all of the talent and creators that made the show so cohevisly flow together. I believe this work will be looked upon one day as a milestone that changed modern filmmaking. I am very glad I watched this masterpiece.

The last minute or so of this interview is so well articulated by Carrie. "They'll use my ideas but they will not use me." !!!!
