🤦‍♀️ cube steak is the toughest meat( unless you know how to cook it ) low & slow in a crockpot then it melts in you mouth . I know this because back in the 80’s that’s what we could afford to buy it was so cheap. Now it’s priced like it’s filet mignon😂
