Loomigurumi Axolotl Tutorial~Rainbow Loom

Hey Guys!! It’s Danielle, aka Saturn Looms! Today's video is a tutorial on how to make this super cute Loomigurumi Axolotl designed by @giannas_looms on Instagram! This is my first time filming one of her designs and I love it so much!! Thank you so much Gianna for letting me film for you😊

Rough Band count/requirements to make this cutie:
-About 546 Bands for body color (I used pastel baby pink)
-About 79 Bands for gill/tail bit color (I used opaque fuchsia)
-6mm Safety Eyes (or whatever you want to use for the eyes)
-Any type of hook
-Something to stuff your creation with
-Stitch marker

SaturnLooms I would suggest extending the red part by rising it then, when you wish, lower it until it reaches 4 or 5 holes (or stitches) away from the head. I tried it, and it looks more natural, but it's only a suggestion.

I'm making a light blue and white one! I can already visualize what it will look like even though I only got the gills done! I recently got back into doing rainbow loom after not going it for almost 8 years, which is when I moved towards crocheting. I probably wouldn't be getting back into it if one of my little sisters didn't get a rainbow loom for Christmas and that's when I went looking for my old rainbow loom kits and now both my little sisters and I can now do rainbow loom together. I can't wait to finish the axolotl and looking at it, it looks almost like crochet and if I didn't read the title, I probably would've thought it was crochet! But it is adorable!
