If you have the most energy in the afternoon/evening it could be an idea to plan/lay out your outfit the day before or maybe plan out multiple options for the whole week. When I wake-up in the morning I'm so tired I can't be creative and just end up in the same jeans and a sweater. Whenever I lay it out in advance I usually end up wearing something more creative, or just get more wear out of my other clothes, instead of going to my daily "uniform" again. Neurodiverse people need to limit the amount of spontaneous decisions they have to do in a day, we already have so little executive functioning :P If you're a morning person you can still benefit from pre-planning outfits as back-ups for days of low energy.
love the videoo, the 75 hard style challange can be difficult for some ppl, im changing it up and doing a low buy year where i only buy 1 item of clothing a month and still getting dressed everyday. also going to learn about mending my clothes.
Thank you! I had so much fun with the editing heheh, but I love this! I think its a win if more people use this challenge to inspire them to be more intentional with their wardrobe!
I’m turning 30 this year and I too am realizing like all I want is a smaller wardrobe of all knockout, high quality, well made, gorgeous and often pricier things… (and by that I mean really curated vintage finds with a few sustainable modern prices thrown in like basics etc) . I’ve really honed my makeup collection over the past few years and that was easier to do and LIFE CHANGING. Never gotten so many compliments for my makeup and I feel such joy and like individuality when I put them on every day, not to mention less temptation to buy new makeup. Clothes I know will be a longer journey but still doing great on it now 😂
yes!! I miss being here so much! ANd i love these revelations! I feel like this is what intentional shopping and personal style looks like! And HEAVY on being able to admire art and beauty without the expectation to HAVE to have it
I appreciate you sharing your progress even if you "failed" ❤ I feel like it emphasizes how much style is a journey and not a destination. I would love to see you re-attempt the challenge in spring/summer if you want to try again!
AMEN! Higher quality outfits with more thrifty accessories works better for me too!!!! If you want to be real technical it might mean you and I might have classic in our kibbe and/or Kitchener essence blends… !

They way that I only lasted five days💀💀love that you gained something from the experience!💖
so real for that HAHA hope you did too with the 5 days hehe
i think the hardest part of this might be the not buying any clothing hahah. also would be hyped if you ever do a closet cleanout video!
reallllll, at least try only buying secondhand during that time? And yes eventually Ill need to do a proper closet clean out and will def do a vid
Loved listening to your thoughts 💖 If you did it again 18:50 I think having your own adjusted rules would be still make it a lot of fun!

How cute that the song Pop Muzik came around again! It's from 1979.
Maybe u can refurbish the stinky green top into a bag! If you dont wear it maybe u wont get bothered by the smell.
maybe! Idk i would have to do that with a few other pieces too hahah but well see
