I don’t like to bother you busy people. But when I come home from a hard day at work, I just want to sit and watch your latest creation and watch ‘my girl’. I decompress from my day so quickly listening to you. So I hope you continue for a long time to come. I found you last year with your advent calendars and could not put you down. I’ve had sleep issues since I was a toddler. My mom told me I would get out of my little bed and come downstairs at 11:00 PM, wide awake. A few years ago I had a 48 hour sleep study completed at Jefferson University Hospital. I was diagnosed with Advanced Phase Sleep Disorder. I’ve been prescribed a bunch of medications, but right now I’m taking nortriptyline and klonopin at bedtime. I still wake up between 2:00-3:00 am every night. 🤷🏻♀️

I miss those old cheesy shows,and yes Misty we have Cheezies, very addictive but I think I like cheese balls or reg cheese puffs better now they melt in your mouth if you ever come to Canada try some Nanaimo bars or homemade buttertarts I would send you some but you would end up with a mess, because they are baked goods from Nanaimo BC and buttertarts area Quebec delight my mom makes both and her buttertarts are to die for she uses her french Grandmother's recipe but they're very sweet so are Nanaimo bars, almost too sweet but so good once a year at Christmas! You can buy both in stores here but home made is better!!

Funny 😆😃If UTUBE gets overwhelming - my friends changed to shorter videos a few times a week. Glad you are still all in. I have a short attention span, so I watch shorter videos and split the longer ones into 2 or 3 sessions

I know the sleeping issues well! Man oh man they are difficult to deal with. Hormones make things so much more a pain in the butt. I thought post menopause was going to be better but I was so wrong. Cold all day but as soon as I lay down to sleep I think I laid in hell! So tired all day soon as I lay down wide awake! Crazy stuff. Wishing you good restful sleep.
I can totally relate to the struggle! It's amazing how hormones can wreak havoc on our sleep patterns.
