We got 2 hoa violations of having concrete sealer on sidewalk.
Been on sidewalk 25 yrs when original Hoa approval was given. Now new hoa says sealer unsafe & safety hazard-must be removed. 🙄
-Tried pro pressure cleaning
-Paint thinner
-acid wash/scrub.
Got quotes for sandblasting & grinding & all companies quoted $1500+ to remove sealer from sidewalk only.
Gonna give your method a try. Praying it works! 🙏🏻

was wondering how many coats of the zylene. and it's a sticky mess. maybe because there may be 4 or 5 layers of sealer?

I did about 3 to 4 coats of Zylene to get the sealer off. There was just one coat of Cure/Sealer.
