Mr Khemisst dembele is a winger he's supposed to do more in the attack. While Simons is a holding midfielder, you can't really compare those position.
i vote Xavi. because that kind of vision is scarce these days. kinda reminds me of Pirlo, Verratti, Xavi, and Iniesta. while the other kid, he only do what a winger should do, but he dribble it from right to left side and late at passing

Both are very different type of players. Xavi Simons is the type of player who controls the midfield, dictates the play and control the tempo of the game who like to dominate the midfield. On the other hand, Dembele is more attacking minded rather than control, he runs direct to the goal when he gets the ball. Both are gem.!
