I'm a 32-year-old life-long Eagles fan and just heard this for the first time today! Why where they going to move what did the eagles owner do gamble the tram away? I can't believe I've never heard about this, and I would consider myself relatively informed about the history of the eagles, my favorite players Chuck Bednarik.
The Eagles didn't want to draft Dan Marino, they took Michael Haddix instead in 1983. They could've had Jerry Rice in 1985. Imagine Marino throwing to Mike Quick and Jerry Rice!
Couldn't include any highlights from Lions and Eagles tied game that happened that season. If I want to watch NFL team highlight films that dont have any tie games. I can just watch any NFL highlight film made after 2020. They a thing of the past like Washington Redskins.
