hmm unfortunately the only way i can think of is the way i mentioned above, where you would have to find a designated buyer, and they would ship to you. If you don't know anyone who has access, you may have to look at third party websites, but you would have to be VERY careful. OR you could look at the list that coach DOES ship to, and see if you can ship it to a friend, if you maybe known someone else in Asia. Im so sorry i don't have a better answer for you :(( I hope you can find a way, goodluck!!!

Hi ivy, i just curious is that all the original coach bag with magnetic snap closure must have hole in the middle of the snap closure with embossed "COMAG USA PAT.... "? recently, i bought 2 tote bag from 2 different online sellers that claim the bags are authentic but the snap closure don't have that hole & COMAG USA PAT code. but other than this snap closure the tote looks like it's authentic.

yes they do, good catch!! but it has recently been brought to my attention, that not all of them are located on the story patch. It depends on when they were manufactured, so its important to not rule bags out as fake just because they don't have a serial number on the patch. I just wanted to make that clear in my video incase anyone saw and freaked out ahhaah

It's rare, but it can happen with real leather, especially if maybe its stored in a humid-ish environment. If there is mold, id definitely go to your local store, and have them take care of it!! otherwise, if there no mold, and there is still a smell, just try to air it out, and hopefully it goes away. In Canada do outlet sell ready to wear as I have both retail and outlet ready to wear items if so is there any difference in quality like it is with bags in the outlet. I’m in the uk

However, in terms of quality, I can only imagine there is a difference, as the prices of the items are drastically different. Sorry i don't have more answers, but my store didn't really have RTW, and I didn't shop at outlets. Sorry for my response!!

hi!! if it is pre-order, nobody should have access to the bag yet, and certainly not the gift receipt!! so it is definitely not a preorder! However it is possible that somebody received a bag as a gift, and doesn't want it, so they are selling it online! That is very possible.I'm not sure what you mean by points, but you can definitely exchange the bag for a new one (With the gift receipt), but i believe there is a max number of days (i think it is 30 days). So I don't think sellers with gift receipts intend on "exchanging" it, i think it's just a proof of authenticity! I hope this answered your question!!

hey!! what kind of smell? Normally bags shouldn't smell bad, new ones will have the leather smell, but otherwise it shouldn't have any!!
Its like a musky smell when i had them in storage
