She is basically a weaker mashu with an arts buff on the team so they need to change a lot of her skills. I wish they give us a super weak aoe damage dealer that does damage to everyone with base attacks and use that to test out if that would be too op for the game ans have them have a non damage np to balance out the damage level.

It's not that the sacrificed servant giving the team NP bar due to his skill, but rather the NP filling comes from a CE. His playstyle is pretty much like Arash but in reverse, some can put him in a good use as a party changing methods can be used for buff stacking.

CHen has a targetable taunt, meaning he can force all enemies to attack any character of your choosing, his noble phantasm always kills a select ally, which allows you to cycle buffs way more easily than you should be able to, he has a targetable 50% Buster buff which with added Critical damage buff for Berserker allies and his noble phantasm has Single Target damage multipliers despite being AoE. He is fantastic.
Actually that kill mechanic is part of what makes him amazing because he can naturally cycle teams with very little effort, being able to off one-off servant without needing to switch with a mystic is a great ability
Arash used stella to bring peace by ending the long war between two kingdoms. Stella symbolises arash's nobility. I get what you are saying but take this trivia you may appreciate arash more.

When lu bu has better animation as an add-in extra attack animation on a servant with lower rarity than him

What happens if you have the buff that negates insta kill
I don't think it does anything to stop the demerit
It says on his NP that it ignores all anti insta kill buffs, which means someone would always die
