I make my own pumpkin puree with the pumpkins that one of my friends gives me. I always get a lot of zucchini, tomatoes, pumpkins and cabbages for free from my friends who live in the country side
I made it by boiling then blending pumpkin. The only place I’ve been able to find pumpkin purée in Ireland is at Fallon and Byrne, they seem to stock it from around September.
