also wanted to add...saw the comment at the bottom....I also have a cutaway nylon...lol..purists be damned then....but I love my Ibanez...and its got a nice simple pickup....sounds like wood the way it should...I just wish I could play like my heroes....I have my way but I want so much more
well Sheldon....not sure if its the most beautiful but that was stunning....your right hand is impeccable.....very very nice to hear this....I felt like I just ate a whole cake....big dumb sugary smile lol.....im a blues/rock early metal guy myself...but I started with nylon and trying to get DiMeola and Metheny.hehe....what I could play anyway.i still have my old Ibanez nylon....play it thrice a week...great job im happy to hear this level of playing out there nowadays...very tasty phrasing
Thank you Jason. I really appreciate your thoughtful comments. Yes I have my early metal moments too but I started with classical and I love to get back to it! Metheny and Di Meola is certainly setting the bar high!
@@ecosticks well...of course I never "got there'.....but when I was a young one I didnt have fear of fiery guitar that was waaaaay out of my league lol....but at the same time im more tempered now....I slowed way down and my dynamics are getting nicer.....your playing has that love of fretboard dynamic interval space ya know? big fan....if you have music reply back...would love to hear more from you....this was truly wonderful and as I type its my third go listening this is what I aspire to with my nylon string
@@Rammett Thanks again Jason, it's so nice to know somebody is listening carefully. I will post some more nylon string pieces soon. Are you asking about sheet music? I couldn't quite tell. Also planning some videos where I talk about technique soon. Anyway thanks again for your appreciation.
@@ecosticks for some reason my reply didnt show days ago now...YT?...anyway....I wasnt asking for sheet music...your level of dynamics simply isnt conveyed on a page....what I meant was original music on your channel....in closing if you do any type of request I would like to hear you break down some DiMeola and how he is always about the 1...wont play it lol.... he bounces against the 1 thats what counts....... that kinda deep dive...have a great day man....and again big cheers....people like you just remind me how wonderful the fretboard really is (LOL I suspected it was this great my whole life)

Lovely!
Thank you Ben
Cool
Thanks Steve
You sound beautiful, may I ask what guitar is that?
sure that’s an admira guitar ( model Elana) it’s unpopular with classical guitarists because of the cut away- but I love it.
@@ecosticks Thank you!
'most beautiful?' ...superlatives like that drive me batty.
watch it a few thousand times and see if you feel a bit more relaxed!🙄
