Excellent video !! While I do approve of the music accompanying the video , and to take NOTHING from the competitive performances of The US Army Parachute Team , I'd also love watching this and other of their freefall RW performances set to Yakety Sax - The Benny Hill Theme Song !

Almost right. Consider the National Army as if it was a sponsor. The so called "non professionals" practice a lot. That said it's better arriving 2nd after G.N. than 1st before rookies.
The other top teams are sponsored as well. Also, the Army team has been beat in other years by sponsored civilian teams. Army has to compete just like anyone else. They get no free ride, they earn it.
The key in a 4way 8way big way is the visual contact.
