Todays Vlog is a long one but hopefully an entertaining and education one as well. We are Using the Potatoes we freeze dried to make delicious hash browns and well as scalloped potatoes that are guaranteed to make your belly smile.
On the Homegirl Homestead side of things i caught a sale at the grocery store on chicken and decided to give pressure canning a try! If you're like me and your afraid to pressure can I've got just the gadget for you!
On the House to Home side of things, I took this rainy day and turned it into an opportunity to get my Pink Home office and Home gym Cleaned and Organized but i totally think i might have gotten ripped off.

Hi CC - I am a new subscriber. I love your channel. I am so happy that I came across it. I love watching you preparing things in the kitchen. You love all of the things I love like gardening, food preservation, kitchen gadgets. I have not been camping but I love watching your camping videos as well. I have the Ankarsrum Assistant (I totally LOVE IT). I have had a Kitchen Aid for many years. I got the Mock Mill 200 Grain Mill. I got the All American Canner, the Presto Electric Canner. I did have to strategically planned out getting these things over time debt free of course. My next project is to get the Harvest Right Freeze Dryer. I have the Magic Mill Food Dehydrator it was on sale on Amazon. I am now growing bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, Cherokee Purple tomatoes and cucumber in containers. I need to up pot them b/c it's been so hot here NC they are beginning to dry out. I look forward to watch more of your content. Best Wishes!

I have to use my food processor w/ the grating blade for cheese, hash browns etc, etc. I grated my knuckles once ,THAT WAS ENOUGH for me GIRLLLLL 🥴😵😭

LOVE, LOVE, the Electric Presto Cannner that is a GREAT INVENTION ! I saw a video, that stated not to leave canned food in the canner too long after it has finished its cycle. But, I dont remember why🙃. When it comes to me I will put in the comments.
