She learned from the best, her father whom did the same and now his friends who didn’t believe in him when they are younger are trying to do the same thing now cause he lives happily and comfortably
I bought an upstairs downstairs duplex 6 years ago when the market was normal. I paid $94,000. When my LT renter moved on 2 years ago, I scrubbed the place from top to bottom, replaced the flooring, painted everything, and fully furnished it. I had a few renters in 2023 then upgraded the electrical, added a bathroom and kitchens vent, and replaced a malfunctioning tankless HWH to a state of the art one in January 2024. It's rented for all April and the last half of May thru both VRBO and Airbnb. It's one lower priced units and I'm making triple what I was renting it monthly. and I get up there to clean monthly as well. My mortgage is $750 and im getting $400 to $500 a week roughly. I can pay all my bills and then some without a renter currently. My only debt is my mortgage. Now to get that paid off!
