To make things easier in question like when you need to calculate heat loss and youre confused if you need to subtract A FROM B or B from A , if the final matter is liquid then you can think by yourself that it shouldn't go in (-)tempratures otherwise it will be ice you need to keep it in liquid state so well there you go
