The incredibles will always be one of Pixar’s greatest works of art. The subtlety of how they capture the atmosphere and didn’t throw it in your face, the fact that they introduced an entire different timeline to children without them feeling as if it’s outdated. The a incredibles to me will forever be one of the greatest animated films in history.
I did indeed. I've also used a program to tie together the end of The Underminer's appearance music and the beginning of this piece. It just makes more of an impact if there's the build-up and then the explosion of the opening notes.
Just imagine how much fun the musicians had while playing the soundtrack, especially *this* song. I cant imagine how fun it was to play with great players and getting to improvise and all the dynamics..... Gosh i really could go on... i wish my jazz band plays this one day...
The music is based in the same genre; 60's spy big band music, à la James Bond. The Incredibles just combined it with superhero orchestral music, while keeping its roots in spy music.
tf2, of course, also loves itself some fun sounding 60’s esque tracks, but also loves giving them more of a military spin. to add on to the comment of monsieur foxxo above, I feel like tf2’s soundtrack adapted military style on top of the roots of jazz and spy music, as opposed to superhero orchestras.
I was actually thinking about that last night. TF2 is my favorite game, and The Incredibles was my favorite childhood movie. The styles are so similar, 60s/70s action spy stuff
This was the first dvd I ever got, I used to watch it almost every night and fall asleep to it with these end credits. Then get jolted awake by that blue ray ad😂 pure childhood memories wow
Nico's TH-cam life I just came back from watching and it was spectacular in my opinion. I love how Michael Giaccino incorporated a new OST for the film while containing some motifs from the first.
Incredibles really captured that old-school superhero/comic book vibe. I think this vein of music will work for any comic book character, bar the super dark ones. It should totally make a comeback.
One of the best animated film soundtracks ever. Genuinely incredible big band music, and it doesn't hurt that it's a pretty great movie as well. Aside from maybe the Spider-Verse movies, it really doesn't feel like we get mainstream animated movies this instantly classic anymore.
I swear this by my favorite music albulm especially from this movie I got to listen to it once a month to build up tht nostalgia .. my favorite scene/song is missle lock ..really puts u on the edge of ur seat
@@veronicageorge3825 I agree, first one felt so unique and even revolutionary. All the movies before Incredibles were kinda in similar fashion. But I think that's also the reason why Incredibles 2 couldn't quite add up as much. It's hard, almost impossible to bring something new and revolutionary in sequel while keeping similar tone to the first movie. Another thing I noticed is how sequel felt a bit more "childish" than the first one, but I can understand why. Still though, there have been some rumours about Incredibles 3 comming out some day, maybe it brings something new to the table!

Is the Best picture of the history.
Didn't throw it in our faces!? Bro they setup a catapult and HURLED this masterpiece into our skulls!
I think this is actually Pixar's best movie
Did anyone else sit through the credits to see that sick animation and hear this amazing music???
Me 😂 The Incredibles end credits section is the only end credit section that I don't want to bother pausing/stopping.
JCS_Ginger oh yes
Here guy. My favourite animation film, with an insane OST that would never be seen again

I can just hear “okay time for bed” when I listen to the end credits omg
aaaaaaaah same
Lmao 🤣
Aah, good times for being a little kid for once.
Everybody can hear that, all for the right reason.
2:38 that bass sound are so warm, satisfying!
EASILY one of the best scores in ANY animated film, no question.
Big fan of swing and jazz MUST not miss this!!!
I think this might be one of the greatest movie Soundtracks ever.
When I was five, I ran out of the room because the music scared me due to how loud my tv was
I was scarred too, but I got used to it, but I'm more scarred of THX more than FNAF
To me that's a really funny visual because right before the music starts the black silhouettes of the incredibles come charging at the screen
I was always scared of the music and the shillouettes😂
this oddly made me think of TF2's Scout

Giacchino deserves proper credit and recognition for these. Amazing.

The real question is: will the new music really measure up to this?
Paddy Strongjaw I think they might use the same music.
BigDaddyStavros S Similar but not same, same motifs yes.
It did live up to it. Specially wit the rise of the underminer references
Nico's TH-cam life I just came back from watching and it was spectacular in my opinion. I love how Michael Giaccino incorporated a new OST for the film while containing some motifs from the first.
Adrian Fernandez I think in Music Terms, its called a Reprisal.
I remember when I was like 5 and I watched Incredibles 1 and I put the credit music on loop, lol.
