Whats the hours for this rate po? For full time manong george?
Been working in a carehome over a year pa lang Manong, from acting carer to RGN at night shifts for more than 6months. Then the management decided me to do dayshift since Feb this year till now. I would rather choose doing night kasi andaming happenings sa day and i am not a morning person. I hate the sound of my alarm clock. Then my pagka introvert ako, which challenged me to communicate with these relatives and GPs, the pressure working in dayshift is too high for me. 'What if' napaka-firm ko to say no mgduty ng day. I let my Manager know about my feelings but they thought its unsafe for my pin to do night shift unlike dayshift anjan sila to support me. Yes my point, pero at the back of my mind i knew desperate din sila kasi nga kulang nurse s day and i feel wala ako'ng magawa.
Regardless of this hesitance,
I think my confidence wouldn't be the same as before nman, although can't say na tumaas ng sobra tlga yung level but i can sense there's improvement. And i am happy about it naman to say it atleast.
But i am still rooting na bumalik ng night 'cause despite these positiveness i feel lonely when i get home at yung kaibigan mo s bahay ay duty ng night. You feel stuck, no one you can share how's your day went.
My future 'what if', i will work din s NHS, mas challenging ba xa kesa carehome..?🤔
Hi wil you started as care home nurse diyan sa UK?
After sometime maybe they'll allow you to go back to night shift but by then baka ma enjoy mo na?
@@sheilaunderscoremay hello, yes currently working as a Nurse. I can't deny naman na i found it "ok" working in a dayshift, but generally speaking will still choose do night shifts.😬 One reason na din kasi there are filipino nurses at night na alam mo yun may nakakausap ka na pinoy and one of them is my close frend😅
I am not sure kung my balak pa nila ako ibalik s night. For now wla ako choice but to do this and endure all my sentiments🤷 😅😬
i got a job offer from one of the care homes in Scotland, the salary was substantive amounting to 42k annually but the disadvantage for me is that the working hours is 48 hours per week which is the same as here in the middle east. I want to experience work-life balance.
wais imagine having that as OT less 37.5 hrs which is the normal working hrs
I was from NHS ITu for 8 yeara now managing a carehome with 83 beds and im enjoying.
83 beds, Ilan po kayong nurses?
Currently working as nurse in Care Home. Sobrang matrabaho po and I don’t mind at all. Minsan nga parang kulang pa ang 12hours na duty to finish all the tasks. May yimes na fi na nakakapagbreak. Not paid pa yung break na yun. Hehe. However, sa accent talaga ako nag sstruggle. I just got here in July po. And got my pin last month lang. September
Hello po. Pwede po ba Malaman kung paano kayo nka punta? Caregiver po Ako Dito pinas
@@auringhalasan Applied thru agency based in Ph. But as pre-registered nurse. But if im nit mistaken UK hires care assistant from Ph as well but i do not know which agency sa pinas.
Hi ma’am may I know po which agency you applied po? Thank you
Hi po, mgisa nyo lng po sa UK? tnx po
If you are new in the UK its best to work in the NHS to gain experience and skills then go in care home if you want to, but I don't like the fact you have 40-60 pts per shift and you are the Team Leader and the only nurse at night so you are responsible with delegation and the like
manong, possible po kayang magcare home nurse from a community nurse?
Please speak english, your community is grooowing
