I like to put my foot on the jack when releasing, a little pressure makes it easier to pull the pin, and you can let it up slower. Keeps rocks from flinging up and hitting you in the face... It happens.

Illegal hook up. Your break away cable cannot be attached to the same point as your safety chains. DOT will ticket you for this (ask me how I know)

That’s how you do it you’re broke. If you have a good job, you toggle your rear camera to the chmsl camera and flip the bird to your friend trying to back you up. But then follow the rest of this guys process :)
