Thanks ☺️ i have used liquid colors, u can use gel colors as well. Colors are not of specific brand, just used whatever was available in nearest grocery shop...so all the colors are not of same brand

No, it wont brown...but color will change a bit as u cn see in the video. Make sure oven temp is correct...if it still browns thn cover with aluminium foil

Could be becoz bottom of the pan was nearer to bottom grill or heating element. It usually turns 1 or 2 shades darker if you are not using butter paper
