Cross Ventilation: Enhances indoor air circulation, keeping the home cool and comfortable.
Sustainable Materials: Locally sourced materials such as reused doors and windows, rat trap bond bricks, and filler slab roofing ensure minimal environmental impact.
Rainwater Harvesting: A 30,000-liter tank installed beneath the raised basement efficiently collects and stores rainwater.
Biogas Plant: Processes biodegradable waste to produce methane for cooking.
Creative Recycling: Used beer bottles replace traditional stained glass, creating colorful lighting effects.
