    Ragi Sangati is a traditional Telangana dish made with ragi flour (finger millet) and served with tamarind chutney. Here's a simple recipe to make Ragi Sangati with Tamarind Chutney:
    Ragi Sangati:
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup of Rice
    - 3/4 cups of ragi flour
    - 3&1/2 cup of water
    - 1/4 teaspoon salt
    Instructions:
    1. First Soak rice and transfer the cooker and add water Cook Rice well after Mix ragi flour and salt Smash them well
    2. Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough.
    3. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
    4. Divide into small balls and flatten slightly.
    5. Cook on a hot griddle or pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
    6. Serve with tamarind chutney.
    Tamarind Chutney:
    Ingredients:
    - Ground nuts -2 Tbsp
    - Green chilli -5 to 6
    - Seasame Seeds-2 sp
    - Coriander Seeds- 1sp
    - 1 cup tamarind paste
    - 1 cup of water
    - 1/4 cup jaggery powder (optional)
    - 1/4 teaspoon salt
    - 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
    Instructions:
    1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. grind well in a stone grinder.
    2. Adjust sweetness and spiciness to taste.
    3. Serve with ragi sangati.
    4. Tempering - (optional)
    Tips:
    - Use a cast-iron pan or griddle for crispy ragi sangati.
    - Adjust water quantity based on ragi flour quality.
    - Store leftover tamarind chutney in the refrigerator for up to a week.
