Thanks for this tutorial. I have this question; Does it mean that Business name should generate the State TIN(State Board of Internal Revenue) while Companies should use the FIRS TIN? What if a Business name gets its TIN from FIRS, will it still be ok?

2026 that's when you start paying your Annual Returns yearly... You have 18 months grace...
