For some reason, a piece of just weird movie logic is that whenever a POV (fancy talk for protagonist) touches something, it suddenly becomes virtually indestructible...
actually, leaves and tallgrass in tropical climates are strong as heck. Their middles which are like a tub are basically undestructible and you can seriously injure yourself trying to rip them apart.
I was trying to break a leaf with force instead of ripping it the usual way.
It didn't work 😔
