This was one of the runs of Dark Souls 2 I had the most fun with. Playing Dark Souls 2 as a D&D Monk first with Fists, then Caestus, then Vanquisher Seal and finaly Bone Fist.

To think the Najka fight with bone fist kicks takes a bit longer than doing Kalameet sl6 no upgrades, which took me just over 15 mins. It's surprising, though yh I think it is because they scaled that weapon's damage around doing multiple hits
Some attacks grant the bosses extra defense, kinda like the Smelter Demon's phase transition. Also please don't complain about ganking if you're just doing a poor job of running through an area, that's a skill issue. Kinda like the whole Smelter Demon fights you got lmao. Remember to watch Domo3000, folks!
The Glass Coward: HP physically set to one, equip load also one, and all other stats are one EXCEPT adaptability and stamina at 99. The Glass Coward was only ever good at running away, but can they run to the throne? Will ADP save the run or will you succumb to the weaknesses of.. the Way of the Coward.
Kinda late to the party but santcum dlc has so much upgrade mats. I think there are 21 twinkling and 11 dragonbones(infinte if u farm half dragons. They drop chunks too)

i didn't know that you can get gowers ring of protection in there instead of the horse as well , however , in ps3 release of sotfs and the older game versions , that was the original location of the ring in normal new game
i can think that the poison fisting cream would have been very helpful agaisnt velstadt and the giant lord ( i always use poison for him as it ignores his damage reduction in phase 2)
You misremember. Powerstancing has no influence on R1/R2 attacks in the first place and when placing the bone fist in your left hand instead LOWERS the damage because of the left-hand damage penalty
