I was part of the team that designed the flight control systems for the CSeries (A220). Very happy to see how well it’s performing. I’m retired now but that aircraft was a nice program to finish my career.
si AIRBUS qui n'est pas que français a rachete le programme Cserie c'est que le produit est bon bravo les quebecois Bombardier est une très belle entreprise
Despite Airbus trying to make this superb aircraft their 'own', the fact remains that is is not an Airbus product and will at heart always be a CSeries aircraft! Bombardier, designed, developed and brought this aircraft to production!
@@Z4N7 Not sure Boeing would have kept the program intact. I shudder to think of them being built in South Carolina, the olant there has a reoutation for shoddy work. Ideally it woyld have been nice to see Bombardier succeed. Let's not forget Boeing tried to kill this aircraft!
@@vanni1803 Sorry but i was being sarcastic to your bs comment, because nobody forced Bombardier to sell this project to Airbus and it is their right to rename it to fit it to their portfolio, since they bought it. I was just sarcastically thinking that perhaps you would be happier if company that doomed this project would also acquire it.
Iraqi air ways will buy 10 of them ..i will one of engineer working with this type ..so i need training course if you have ..if any one hase it ..send me please
Boeing shot themselves in the foot by going against the then CS model airplane. Airbus solution was to build the A220 in the US for US customers, and getting around Boeing's suggested tariffs. So a competitor for the MAX was born, at least with the A220-300, at their loss, as a long standing culture dictates that airplanes not purchased by US airlines, do not sell well on the rest of the world's market. In this case, Airbus 1, Boeing 0. Unfortunate for Boeing, the company has many issues, with current production and prototype models. Could it be that Karma does exists? Great video.
See what can be done without chasing profits?? I would rather fly on a China or Russian made plane than boeing! Go for it Airbus get rid of the rabble in aviation!!
When is the US Government going to take action against Airbus for sub contracting manufacture of the main fuselage barrel to communist China? The A220 is not made from all purely European, Canadian or US components.
Canadian technology and products quality are awesome

Wow, what an eye opener for me. I'd assumed all along that it's an airbus baby 👶
Boeing tried to kill it!
The best.
How much of Bombardiers C series technology is being used?

Wish Bombardier was getting more respect for creating a great aircraft, instead of Airbus
Without Airbus this plane would be dead
@@thabotshabalala7114Sad that Bombardier had to agree on a merger with Airbus
