- My friend Josh Mason brought over his 1968 Camaro that has been set up for drifting and smoking tires. We saw him a couple weeks back at a Hoonigan Burnyard event and we were completely knocked out by his car and his driving skills!

That camero is beautiful like I said my friend randy has one I call it Frankenstein it's going to be a monster when we are done with it . he had one before in the 80s but had to sell it, he found the the recent one in a garage in Pasadena it had been sitting since 1990 it's so clean its amazing, I think 67 68 69 are the most beautiful cars of the late 60s even more beautiful then my chevelle

Urban Business Reviews Im also looking for one for my chevelle , theres a 69 camero out there called big red iv been following this car for some years now it has a functional rear spoiler like this one, he says somewhere on his link who made it for him check it out I'm sure they can make one for you ,when I'm ready I'm having one made and I will pay whatever the price is if found that it isnt worth bickering about price their price is their price as long as it is a quality part and I'm sure it is. good luck and be safe !!!!!!!!

The mounting points for the shoulder harnesses is too low. Gonna compress your spine in a head-on.

the 14 dislikes all drive Prius. I love it! My 1st car back in 87' was a 68 Camaro. Never did any drifting in it but the back def fish taled a lot.

Something that caught me off guard was the motor used for this car. Honestly I expected something more than 400-500 hp. Most drift cars put out much more based on today's terms. But I do plan on getting a 383 stroker myself for my car in the future because they do prove to be a promising engine.

I thought burnout cars had a separate front brake only designed to keep the speed down and keep the rear wheels spinning.
He set it up for drifting not just standing burnouts
@@AutotopiaLA Drifting or Burnouts, you need to stop/slow down the forward movement of the car while having the rear wheels spin so a front brake only would do that. Does this car have a front brake only?

AutotopiaLA I dont know it all but alot of people dont know why the Ford 9 inch is so strong, it has to do with where the ring and pinion gear hit each other , the pinion is lower in the ring gear thus more teeth engaging it's all about the hypoid distance and I'm sure you know it man do I love old 60s cars !!!!!!!!!!!!

So you should really put the front spoiler on. Take it from someone so knows his 68 camaro from experience. you will really like the downforce and stability it will give you especially at those higher speed entries

Great camaro I love it ! I always take a mist wd40 on my rear quarter fenders to keep most of the rubber from sticking on my fenders ! I built my 1st camaro off eBay 95% of the car was eBay parts ! Cool video keep the smoke rolling
