No, the aftermarket has lower dense foams..you can find both the qualities with Sahara Seats..Its named as PU and HD (which is supplied in motorcycle seats)
You would need to change it to our single long touring seat...as the split rider seat will not be sufficient for your height. its a cruiser bike which would need more space at your back to get to a comfortable riding position.
They will not last longer, I have changed 3 bladders thinking that the mistake is mine as it got punctures. But over a period of time the bladder which holds air will get teared .
