@@ttmoanamosley1447 it’s the perks of being the director… deciding what books we want to bring to our patrons. Keep putting them in the suggestion box and requesting them on LibData and Hoopla. Request them through InterLibrary Loan and talk them up while other patrons are around. Get other patrons to request them, then they’ll see that others want to read them too. Hopefully that should peek everyone’s interest.

An amazing end of a series was the last season of “Bones”. They visited all the important places and people that appeared through the many years and tied up so many threads. It was just wonderful for fans who followed the whole series.

I love the index card pockets and the idea of using them on a wall! I've always used index cards to plot. I started by putting them on a poster board and then on a corkboard. Now, I'm going to get the pockets and build a wall.
Your office decor has such a magical vibe to it, I love it! The tip-ins are so beautiful. As someone who is visual, it’s so motivating plotting in a journal with inspirational pictures. I love those index card holders. One thing I use for transportation of my index cards is photo containers. They usually come in a set ( I got 12 in mine) & they fit my index cards & post it notes inside. I used them initially for all the sub topics in my Posthuman Horror Research. Now I use them for carrying my story notecards & they are protected.

I adore your index card wallpaper concept. I had to remove my Act Board/Plot board, because my cats constantly pull down anything that dangles. Before adopting these foster cats, I created a wallpaper corkboard with push pins and binder clips. I used to attach the scene cards to the binder clips and then place them on clear push pins on the corkboard. Therefore, using index cards that can be inserted into something that doesn't hang, or dangle should hopefully resolve the issue, lol.
The little Hello Kitty is the cutest! And I'm obsessed with the office. So glad you're feeling so excited about jumping back into your own writing and creativity! I've been trying to coax out my own creativity, so hopefully it will be a community motivation

So question on your brainstorming notebook - do you color-code your notes based on character to reference later, or do you have another way of tracking what ideas you want to implement and which you want to discard? I always want a planning notebook (I started one for NaNo in 2020 but it's divided by the story I worked on. Haven't touched it since). It's the syndrome that I don't want to mess up a notebook, but it looks so awesome to see it full and loved, like yours! :) Can't wait for TDOVS - it will be my winter break read!
