- Today we are UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK to CLEAN AND ORGANIZE. We are still DECLUTTERING, DEEP CLEANING & ORGANIZING MY KITCHEN. I counted the number of items I’ve decluttered so far and it’s over 100 items! I’m mind blown!

At one point in my thrifting adventures, I found some 12x12 peel & stick tiles. I used them under my kitchen sink & they were easy to cut & install. They are easy to clean & won’t need to be replaced any time soon. You are an inspiration to me! I started to declutter & clean . What a job but at least I started !

I did the same thing. I went to Home Depot & bought several boxes of peel & stick floor tiles & used them in my bottom cupboards and under all my sinks!
The exterminators came and I had to remove EVERYTHING from my kitchen and bathroom. Got rid of a few items and got things organized. You inspired me not to give up.
It does feel so good to get rid of stuff you don’t use and get everything clean and organized. I saw another TH-cam video where the woman did her kitchen drawers and I loved the wooden silverware and utensil holder for kitchen drawer she had. I believe she said Amazon is where she got it. I’m definitely want to get it.
I love you are doing it in sections.i always make the mistake of thinking I have to do it all at once. Then it doesn’t get done. You inspire me.

You have certainly inspired me. I worked on my upper cabinets this weekend and even got some of those cabinet risers you have. They are very helpful. Even the hubby was impressed!

Hi Julie! I need to find time to get to my kitchen drawers and upper cabinets. I've already pulled out a bunch of stuff that needs to be donated. I even found a platter that I haven't used since I got it. So I cleaned it up, took it to church with me yesterday and donated it to the church kitchen. They're always hosting dinners and bridal and baby showers so that platter is coming out of retirement 😊. You have a great day and we'll see you soon ❤.

Enjoying your cleaning series. I really like to see real life and see a realistic organization. I have been doing some deep cleaning / decluttering also.i am almost done with my upstairs. I am planning on starting my basement cleaning / decluttering and organizing tomorrow. The only thing I need to do upstairs is clean my area rugs. I will probably wait until September for that because hubby put out a garden and there is usually some mess that comes with that. I watched your freezer clean out I think from a year ago. I was wondering if you have a basement that you could put your deep freezers in. We had our freezer for a while in our garage and during the summer it ran all the time. We didn’t have one for garages. I know they make those and have more insulation in them. We now have ours in the basement. I didn’t know if that was an option for you. I totally get your refrigerator on your porch with grand kiddos…smart.

I did under the sink last week, I have no idea how one old lady with a cat can make such a mess! Today I did kitchen drawers, tomorrow, the pantry.

This is the one I need to do the most. I started but I need to find some roll out drawers or bins to make it more functional

JULIE. Under our sinks we installed some high gloss tile squares. It was a bit of work but so easy to keep clean and looks great.

I had a friend that would you bath mats under all her sinks and would change them out when everything got cluttered she would putting down fresh and wash the old ones. I did that for awhile, now I use cheep placemats for lining everything.

Hi Julie. I put peel and stick tiles in my cupboards years ago and it works perfectly still to this day. Just an idea for future use. I even bought it at a Mr. Second Store so the cost was minimal. 😊

I have decluttered several weeks ago. But I did get some ideas on how to organize my stuff under the sink, going to look at dollar tree thrifting and amazon needs it bad.

Years ago I was cleaning under all my sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms. I had some press and stick floor tiles in the garage and used them. It reinforces the wood under there and also much easier to clean and you don't have to keep replacing it. Best idea for that area. 😊

I decluttered my kitchen during a kitchen remodel last year. It was so hard to get rid of all my serving dishes and supplies. My husband and I are empty nesters and I no longer do large family meals. (Kids took over❤) Now it's time to go through my pots and pans 😩 and enjoy a clutter free home and yard now that we are both retired
