100% facts!!! It also helps with smoking BBQ! This is the design they should have came out with in the first place! This Searwood is a very nice option for someone interested in a pellet grill! Thanks for watching!!
Looks fantastic Jeff! Definitely has some amazing color and for sure throw that plastic pop up out😂. Great job 👏. Once again have an awesome Thanksgiving 🔥🦃🔥
The rotisserie is one of the biggest selling points of the Searwood! That and 600 degree temps and I hear it puts out as much smoke as a LSG. Is that true? Great video as always!
The LSG still out performs the Searwood as far as smoke but this pit is the best box store pellet grill available!!! My exhaust system still can't keep up with the LSG!!! I really hope Weber comes out with a deluxe model down the road!! Storage cart and of course rotating and locking casters. NOT PLASTIC!!! hahaha Thanks for watching and Happy Thanksgiving!!
Heck ya, Troy!!! It is time you facebook market place your Weber and upgrade to the Searwood!!! Just a thought!!! hahaha jk Happy Thanksgiving, brother!!
@@SmokedBBQSource I might bite the bullet and get one next year. I'll keep the EX6 though and do some personal comparison cooks. One day it will be a relic as the original Weber pellet grill (second gen but still same design). Maybe I'll be like Scotty and have 52 of them one day...LOL
Meater 2 is way more precise than any probes by a mile. Compared to Meater 1 or 1+ which were garbage, Meater 2 is the real deal. Edit: That fire is way too high and you are burning your turkey.
Been doing rotisserie turkeys for over 40 years. Look, don't go getting all anal about everything. Use your favorite charcoal. Brining is overrated but make yourself happy. Do use a decent meat thermometer. I have a stainless basket made just for this purpose, but if you don't have one tie it up really good with twine. Don't get all stupid with seasonings. Salt and pepper ONLY inside and out. If you don't have a charcoal grill with a rotisserie don't even bother. Gas will not do. Good luck!
Happy Thanksgiving Ricer! Enjoy!
Happy Thanks giving to you and your family too!! Thanks for watching!!
Glad that Weber stuck with their flavorizer bar and open design. Makes the flavor on the rotisserie that much better

Completely agree about the Meater, those old ones never worked for us either. Although Meater renamed the 2 to the Pro.
