I've been using that brand of organic oats for baking, as well as oatmeal, for about a year. They're great. I keep them in Gamma seal buckets for long term storage. About the organic stock, I decided to avoid buying it because of the packaging. Instead I've switched to Better Than Buillion. Only at Costco can you by it in huge glass jars of 21 oz that cost about the same as the 8 oz jars do at the supermarket! There are 3 varieties that are all organic AND low sodium, -- vegetable, roast chicken and beef. They're delicious. Another advantage is that you can use just as much as you need straight out of the jar to flavor soups and stews or reconstitute it when cooking rice, quinoa, etc. I keep opened jars of all three in the fridge.
Love both the chicken stock and bone broth, we pick up a case of each every other week. The GOYA black beans, Safe Catch Tuna and the Kirkland ACV is the bomb.
The sugar in the raw that I have tried is courser and doesn't bake well, but is good for dissolving to make simple syrup or if mixing in a hot drink for a sweetener. Also I like to use it to top muffins before baking or rolling cookies in before baking. It is prettier!
I recommend getting glass containers of product for long term storage. That way the plastic doesn't release harmful chemicals into the product over time. I don't have a Costco near me, but looks like they have a lot of healthier options for food there! :) I usually shop Aldi and just recently spent around $5 for avacado oil which was about half the price of others I have bought elsewhere!
