Well Edward I've been awfully angry this week. Refused to assume anything. And somehow in all this sitting and stewing, all my problems just vanished in one fell swoop. It's a weird experience.
Reminder: No it doesn't mean you forget to be disciplined within yourself. I tend to stick very closely to my mental diets, and instead this time just felt what I needed to. Don't think that my experience allows you to just spontaneously react negatively to whatever you don't like. Id recommend staying present with what you feel, and do what feels right. If imagining feels good do it. If going about your day in contentment feels good, do that. Follow your fulfillment. There's no need to be regimental, nor indisciplined because you're too scared to commit to your reality. In this case emotional release felt right.

I experienced this somewhat recently regarding a few things, and in my opinion, the honest answer lies in being completely open with ourselves about the anger. We often “believe” that feeling angry might compromise our desires, but in reality, I’ve come to understand that anger is simply a signal. It points out where, in the past, we didn’t lack what we desired but were unable to give it to ourselves from that earlier state of awareness. By allowing ourselves to fully express and accept the emotion of anger, we break free from the state we were previously bound to, a state perpetuated by resisting the anger in the first place.

@@lucablaga6680 well at that point I wasn't actively choosing anything.

@@sights_set well I like your theory. Every time I've actually felt and stayed present with difficult emotions, things just happened very quickly. Again that's just an assumption I've made upon observation which I can change, but I find it relieving.

Today I cried my eyes out and it has been months that I’m listening to you. I try to imagine in best of my ability, and there was this position that I imagined 1000 times even decided what should I wear. Seems like only opposites happens and I can’t understand why! I was 100% sure and I had no doubt! Then I felt so small when it didn’t happen and I questioned how I’m god if I can’t even influence my reality

It's not about seeing its reality. It's about feeling its reality.

Don’t stop imagining what you want. Remember Neville’s Army story ? He got declined and he still imagined himself in New York.
      Essentially don’t accept it.
