The 3F is not the only 3 line that’s still active. The 3Y still operates to this day during peak periods. Both routes operate alongside each other. The 3F operates as an in service “returning deadhead” for the 3Y.
In the AM Peak:
3Y operates to DC, 3F operates to VA
In the PM Peak:
3Y operates to VA, 3F operates to DC
