Umek are the one of the Kings in the Technichs MK2 (yes, I remember of the historic years in Mayday + I Love Techno) and in a exceptional DJ in the softwares. This Traktor Pads + the Allen & Heath "XONE 92" mixer represent a PaRaDiSeS in the hands of a DJ!!!! My favourite moments? HAHAHAHA 50:28 and 54:03 (the GREAT moments!) Finally, we love music! Always thought Umek to be one of the greats in techno. I like how he kept with the times and switch from pure 90s techno to modern tech-house and more importantly kept the crowd. He is one of those artists that don't necessarily play for themselves but rather for the crowd and know when or how to change the moode in the room if required. The one thing I wished he would've implemented more in his sets is remakes of his classics as Lanicor, Illegal techno, Gatex etc. for that subtle touch of nostalgia. I also wonder what he would do with the Gatex drop comparing the old and new Umek.
