Sure would be such a shame… and I much prefer making obey me reactions to not be about shipping them with mc. It’s fun at times, but a lot of the time it’s the main focus, and I have way too many headcanons to focus on mc with any of the brothers. Like with Belphie, he’s one of my favourites, but I don’t ship him with mc. Solomon is usually shipped with Asmo and I get it but I just find it funny to ship him with Belphie, and it started as a joke but I actually like Belphie and Solomon now as a ship. @@Ivo.Ry_ no its fine haha, i don't really ship anyone, but i just hate how the mc seems to be the main focus bc suddenly everything revolves around mc which hurts the characterization of the brothers bc they are primarily love interests, not characters. my problem with most otome games tbh

I see half the fandom on TikTok making Mammon’s personality just being stupid and liking mc, and Lucifer is made out to be some sadistic dick that doesn’t care for any of his brothers and wouldn’t ask for consent when he is nothing like that. And with Beel they just baby him and act like he isn’t a fully grown man who is all “innocent” and can’t swear and doesn’t know what sex is or doesn’t get innuendoes. OH- And with Asmo, they make him act so out of character. Always saying “not as good as me” or smth along those lines, making it out that he wouldn’t care for his partners and would only want sex, make him all weird with his brothers and make it seem like he’d find anyone attractive like in videos where they do “mc as..” and it’s like a teenage character for their past or whatever and they make Asmo call mc hot or whatever it’s just- AAAGH. I hate mischaracterising of them because it’s so frequent! And with Levi, I rarely see people get his personality right, they always make him some bitch or smth that only thinks about anime and ruri-chan and stuff, when he’s so much deeper than that! 😭😭 And don’t even get me started on Belphie, they literally make his personality sleeping, hating Lucifer and attempting to kill mc once due to a reasonable grudge from trauma. OH, and Satan, it’s always just him disagreeing and hating Lucifer and liking cats or just being angry. Like, he’s so much more than that, and he’s so much more than just being angry, we get to know that especially in Nightbringer because that was not long after he was essentially born and he couldn’t control himself and was sort of like a mix of a rabid animal and a scared but angry toddler, and we get to see him do his best to not get angry constantly, but it’s so obviously hard for him since it’s literally his sin, Wrath, he can’t help it, same goes for all the other brothers! I see so many people getting annoyed with Levi’s behaviour and how he talks down on himself so much and gets upset when other people have better things than him or something he wants, when it’s literally his sin! He’s envy! And Lucifer especially! He’s PRIDE. We know that the brothers often can’t help but act on their sins, like with Mammon, but it seems like only Mammon gets special treatment! God I am ranting again😭😭
