Simplest way is to make the input condition false for a moment, enabling the timer in a rung.

@@starautomation timer will be off and on but doest it again starts from zero ..i tried it is stuck at the preset value

@@aimless9858 you may be using retentive timer, which stores current value even when the input conditions get false.
Check and use normal on-delay timer.
Secondly, if it is retentive timer, then you can reset by writing a new rung in which you will set timer current value to zero. Try it.
