Everything you make is just excellence!!! Seriously bro. I would love to have a home front store where things you can mass produce can be shipped from the west coast. And I ABSOLUTELY can’t wait to get my others from you!!!
I'm with you. But that would cost knife companies a lot of customers, as the price for each unit they sell would be substantially higher. I'd be really interested to know what the ratio is of customers who end up buying an aftermarket sheath for a given knife. What I do know is that crappy factory sheaths pretty much put food on my table lol
I do! I haven't had a chance to get product photos and create a listing on my website, but I've got sheaths for the compact in both auto and non auto configurations. Email me at blackbearcustomkydex@gmail.com and I'll get you set up with what you need
I like the non auto vers because sometimes a couole hard boops to the face is a good enough response. Instead of going straight to the blade deployment. 😂
Hahaha yessir, that's true in MANY circumstances! But even with the auto version, you can draw without deploying the blade. Either one will give you what you need, but I can see the pros and cons to each for sure! Thanks for the view! 👊🇺🇲
I do! I have a vacuum sheath for the compact that offers all the same features as the full size. I just haven't gotten around to putting a listing on my store, but feel free to email me and I can get an order going for you.
Can a muti-clip with pocket carry be done? Can you make for the everyday straight blade version? Is the Provoke well tested? Can the lock fail during use?
All great questions: I'm working on a mold for the EDC version, so pretty soon I'll be able to offer those sheaths. Carrying in the pocket with an ulticlip will absolutely be possible. I would recommend going with a non-auto version of the sheath if you'll be carrying in the pocket. Otherwise you'll almost certainly slice your pocket when you draw. The lock on these knives is extremely reliable. I highly doubt you'd ever experience a failure during normal use. That said, ALL folders are technically more breakable than most fixed blades, so I wouldn't recommend putting it through any super heavy duty use like batoning wood or chopping tests
@@claycowartisamazing respectfully, I disagree! The pocket clip is only on one side, making it pretty much useless to left hand users. Then you have the issue of taking up space in the pocket, which the sheath addresses. Finally, concealment. It's able to be with IWB. All of these things make it more utilitarian with the sheath than without. That said, I often carry it without the sheath. All depends on the preference of the user.
@@claycowartisamazing unless you're left handed and want this particular knife. And while fixed are always better than folders, folders are more compact and having an auto deploy sheath gives the best chance of having it open faster than normal. Not for everyone, but not without utility either.
Hello. I probably seen every video that you put out. You got me started making kydex knife sheaths. I think if you could show people how you make some of your sheaths it will be very popular. I've seen a lot of them on utube but your at a higher level. Just a thought. Modern.suvival
Thanks for all the views my friend! I'm actually working on exactly that. I'll be doing a kydex tutorials channel that will also feature the most advanced stuff that subscribers will be able to access, and even direct guided lessons to help new makers really get a leg up in the business. Keep an eye out, I'll be announcing the launch soon!

the sheath should be included with the knives....

That’s Awesome !!! Great job ! I might need one of those, knife and stealth. God Bless
Omg I just saw your sheath, I’ve been dreaming of a deploy on deploy sheath
Hey man Great job on the sheaths they’re awesome! Do you have any sheaths like this for the provoke compact model?

Just got my provoke...I need a good sheath
I've got them on my website store, or you can email me at blackbearcustomkydex@gmail.com and we'll do a direct transaction

Wanted the fox folder but the angle prevents it from being an actual knife lol
I need one but the website not working at the moment
I just checked out my site and everything looks right on my computer. Any info on the issue would be appreciated!
Nice!!!
Hello, nice job.
Do yo do it for the CRKT Provoke compact (which is a tad smaller)?

Can you do the auto sheath for the xl espada
Definitely, although you'd have to send the knife to me for custom fitting
@BlackBearCustomKydex can you use the wave feature form the xl espada to open the knife form the sheath
@@paultredinnick1093 it's not impossible, but very difficult to use the wave feature. It is much better to use the thumb disc that most of them have

sheath...defeats the purpose of a folder and especially since it has a clip
