    I love it when you put the camera really close to the man when he's doing an exercise, so you can't see the exercise. That really helps the video.

    Yay...I do my squats too! :) ....perfect muscletraining and shaping of the butt and makes the body tighter as well :)
    Fine traning video and the core exercises were inspiring for sure.
    Sweden do have Jens Byggmark and André Myhrer as great downhill-skiiers nowadays and Aksel L Svindal from Norway is a fast fast ski-racer and our country-neighbour, so I cheer for him too :) When I stay in the lil' holiday-cottage nearby of Åre I can see some great World cup events...not just on television :)) Ha en meget god jul och godt nytt år alla goa i Norge og god tur på ski

    Those chains are a GREAT idea for skier racers. Most of their loads are carried with the leg in a strong position...only slightly bent, similar to the top of the squat. So that take takes weight off at the bottom, and adds it at the top where you carry the high loads when skiing. Very clever....

    Dont really understand why he is wearing soft trainers during squats as an athlete, especially when he needs to use a heel elevation. Wouldn't proper weightlifting shoes give him a lot more stability on top of the elevation?

    • @magnusholm-hagen9421
      @magnusholm-hagen9421 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, it would.. I could understand it if he wasnt wearing any shoes for the purpose of not messing with the natural position, but if he`s going to wear shoes he should be wearing proper weight lifting shoes.

      +MusFuzZ Red Bull is just soda with more caffeine, with good marketing, so they can sell it 2x-3x more expensive than regular Coca-Cola :-)) So you basicly sponsor those R.B. atheletes with buying it.

    • @DeiselSanchez
      @DeiselSanchez 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Redbull and other energy drink mfg's often supply their sponsored athletes with plain water inside those cans. When you see a racer swigging from a Monster energy drink on the podium after a Supercross win chances are it is just plain water.

    20 min spin on bike
    Unspecified time warming up with balance balls
    2 hours heavy lifting
    20 core and end
    10 spin on bike
    Equals 3+ hours, not 2 hours
