I see so many thumbnails of cleaning videos where it looks like it was thrown into a field in pouring rain and slathered in mug, before pretending it arrived in that state. I don’t watch them, it’s so easy to tell it’s fake. Which is why I only watch this channel 😁
I am an Auto Detailer and more often than not bad stains never come out. They look like this. It wasn't a "failed" effort. It's just turned out that way. Products can only do so much. You did a fabulous job!
I am stunned at how wonderfully bright it is now. I don't think you can be blamed for a carpet whose owners waited decades between "maybe we should get the rug cleaned" and actually doing it. Great video.
First, that was a terribly abused carpet. You gave a great effort, and, we got a great video! You never fail US! Second, in America, we all use Dawn dishwashing soap (Proctor and Gamble product) for stubborn stains. I bet this would help on this synthetic fiber rug! With catpet wet, rub some Dawn into a stain, undiluted, let stand overnight. Wash carpet as usual. May you have a wonderful day, Jakub and family.

I think it is possible to remove the stains completely by soaking the rug in water with a strong cleaning solution for a long time. For a professional rug cleaner like you, anything is possible. Otherwise, do the entire cleaning process twice or thrice, and hopefully, the stains will go away. Whatever it is, your honesty has impressed me, and I truly respect that. Even w laundry stains, sometimes it takes multiple tries or just never comes out. The difference between dirty and clean was like night and a brite sunny day. I am sure the customer was very pleased. Maybe if they bring it back in a few months... before it gets black again... you can have another go at it. Sometimes, the second gets it.

I would not call this a failed cleaning. It looks very nice now. Some stains just change the color of the fibers and there is nothing you can do to bring it back to original color. Great job!
14:22 - whipped cream suds with the triangle brush - that is amazing. There was so much dirt in that rug - you did the best you could. I don't know how the owner could use a rug that light in color as a door mat. Light colored carpet is a NO-NO for high traffic. 140.40

It still looks wwwaayyy better than before. Sometimes these things happen. The carpet shows some signs of its life, and can now still be enjoyed again. When it was dirty, it lost itself.
I don't know if you have Dawn dish liquid It's for washing dishes. But that would have taken the stains out. Lots of people here in in America use it to get stains out of clothes.

I would not call this a failed cleaning. It looks very nice now. Some stains just change the color of the fibers and there is nothing you can do to bring it back to original color. Great job!
14:22 - whipped cream suds with the triangle brush - that is amazing. There was so much dirt in that rug - you did the best you could. I don't know how the owner could use a rug that light in color as a door mat. Light colored carpet is a NO-NO for high traffic. 140.40

How can there be so much dirt in that rug? It's almost as if you'd have to hang it up and have it power washed from both sides at once to get rid of it. Really something else...Didn't know it was that pink so good job anyway!

It still looks wwwaayyy better than before. Sometimes these things happen. The carpet shows some signs of its life, and can now still be enjoyed again. When it was dirty, it lost itself.

I don't know if you have Dawn dish liquid It's for washing dishes. But that would have taken the stains out. Lots of people here in in America use it to get stains out of clothes.
