If you listen you'll notice he does all the backing vocals on the album any way so he can choose which part he wants to sing. So sometime's in the main part and in some places it's the backing vocals he sings and some time's he add's in some adlib's so every live performance will be slightly different. This also proves he's singing live.
The collaborations with Latto, Jack Harlow and Kid Laroi was very strategic. JK became known to a lot of people that only listen to rap and may even have a dislike of Kpop. Infact, I've watched a few reactions of Latto, Jack Harlow, Kid Laroi and Central Cee's fans; and their fans really appreciated JK's vocals. He is broadening his audience.
Judging by the size of the crowd there's at least 10k people that showed up for a surprise performace that was probably officially announced an hour before it was to start. This mini concert would not be possible if it was announced a day in advanced due to crowd size. Imagine 100k fans showing up in Time Square for his free mini concert and stop traffic completely, which would be a NYC traffic nightmare , etc... There's a mix of ARMYS, tourists and locals who stopped to see who Jungkook is as a performer, etc... So you see a mix of age, demographics, etc, but Jungkook and BTS have ARMYS already have fans of every age and demographics. The barking by Army is a form of cheering and pumping up enthusiasm for Jungkook. It was popularized in the late 80s and 90s at urban shows, concerts, etc....
I am a sixty seven year old ARMY grandma. I found BTS about 2 years ago. They have helped me through a lot of changes that come with getting older that are not expected and not pleasant. My grandkids couldn't really understand what I was doing when all of.a sudden I started turning my music up loud and singing these songs that they thought was not for my age but they also thought it was so cool. My teen grandkids even gave me a BTS birthday 😂. with BTS gifts!🎉❤.Loved watching reactions 💕 with you two. 💜 Keeping you in my prayers.

The media compared this crowd to a New Year’s Eve countdown. It’s insane🎉
It's a full album of 12 songs including his song SEVEN featuring Latto, which has gone Platinum. All the songs were sung's that people sent to him and he choose the one's he wanted from them this time. He wanted songs that would show a different side to him that showed his growth as vocalist and also the told a story. I understand there were a number of different songs and he then chose each song as he has complete creative freedom.
Oh, btw, SEVEN is the fastest song thatbreached 1 Billion stream and a few days ago won the Platinum!

Golden album is a storytelling masterpiece!
From the first track to the last is about: love life, life iteslf in that period and then break up. Topnotch writers and producers did an amazing job for Jk.
Jk's vocal versatility and delivering emotions are out of this world.
So, my suggestion: please listen to Golden from top to bottom, then you'll know how 3D and SEVEN placed in this masterpiece.

As JungKook is the Sub Rapper of BTS he could have done his own rap for both 3D and SEVEN I guess he wanted to add texture with a different voice and maybe thought he needed to colab with other's simply for the experience of it not that he hasn't done other colab's in the past.
19,000 people showed up with 30 minute notice.
I was there watching his performance it was a surprise performance for Army.
How did you find out about the surprise mini concert? I know there were rumours that he was going to perform on time square but when was it officially announced before the show?
@iwubfood1 it wasn't announced but other army's knew that he was gunna possibly performing there so I basically was already there with friends so I stayed there as it was all happening it amazing
@@iwubfood1BigHit (HYBE) officially announced it 30min before it was going to start on social media but there were lots of hints starting with his comeback schedule stating that on that day there would be a surprise for ARMY, etc.
JK is the one who did the background vocals for his songs. he also harmonizes and adlibs in his songs. because the voice is the same as in the recording, he will sing in his live performance with adlibs, he will change the note in his live performance
He did the album to follow the whole relationship, from beginning to the end. So the last songs are sad . Like "Shot glass full of tears"
Shout out to you! Thanks for your reaction. Their demographic is incredibly large and diverse. I was astonished at the large number of Army in Australia, India, South America, and Spain. He loves Army and Army loves JK. This album can be applied to a relationship between two people, but I think some of the songs were definitely can also be applied to Army.
Mo you hit it on the nail, GOLDEN is indeed a collection of songs about the journey of love, from the start of the relationship to falling out of love.. these are songs that JK chose to fit the narrative he was trying to accomplish.. he mentioned that he wanted songs that people can relate and there’s no better topic to do that than LOVE.
the ARMYs present are amazing! the barking actually started in the D-DAY tour of SUGA US ARMYs started it, then eventually ended up being done with JK during his promos in the US. it’s like our little inside joke. together with the POMITCHODAI (the equivalent of slay, he did it in Stationhead, no idea if the spelling is correct or not 😂)

Jungkook chose to work with American Producers/Songwriters for this album, because he wanted it to be in English and his target market is the UK/USA, and International countries where English is spoken. He wanted to do Pop music and experience with many genre's within POP. He did an amazing job. I don't know any other big star currently that can do it as well as Jungkook, and be as awesome as Jungkook. I love all seven of our guys because each one does their music differently, and you can see their colors and musical tastes with each solo release. JK is killing it right now. By the way, Yes or No is a song written by Ed Sheeran, and he also added guitar to the track. I love this song, when I first heard it, I thought it would be my favorite off the album. There are a couple I love. Standing Next To You is a close second, and Hate You, Closer To You, Seven. I really love them all.

@@BTSSHXTZ Jungkook has also said that he will be releasing more Korean Music, but this is what he wanted to do for now. His previous songs that were released in Korean were mostly free songs for ARMY's. He did co-write some music with other artists, for specific projects like a Korean film, and the FIFA World Cup. But I believe all of these experiences he's had from BTS group work, his ARMY songs, and collaborations, have prepared him for his solo career and future projects with BTS. RM talked about it a liitle bit in a WEVERSE Live Vlog, that in the future, their projects will be more equally distributed, because they all will participate, and this time is needed for them to grow as artists, so when they come back together, they will be more experienced and well rounded as Artists, and as humans. I think that is awesome, and I can't wait for their comeback in 2025/26.

They sometime's do a medley as they have just a big reputar of music when you think about it they have 10years worth of music and within albums they have solo and sub unit songs so at a concert you'll get a huge mix group songs, solo songs and yes you might get a medley and most of the time they are dancing as well. They always come up hard and finish hard. 3 hours yep. I've seen them live I was at the Wembley Stadium on the second night here in London. Do you know they are only 1 of 12 Artist/Groups to sell out Wembley stadium and only 1 of 7 that have managed to do it more than once.

So the funny story that goes around with the barking. every one of the members are associated with an cute animal is it based on their personality or something similar to that particular animal it started with suga aka yoongi or agustd his animal cat. He had a tour and on tour the army there tried to get his attention by meowing at him but they couldn't be heard of the crowd so they started barking others ended up joining in so now it's a thing.

Yes it's playing off the auidence which is showmanship and BTS have always been able to do that and do so at live Concerts there's plenty of audience participation.

You'll have problems getting tickets as they are usually sold out in under an hour of going on sale. Also ARMY members get first pick general members of the public really don't stand a chance. Even though they Sell out the biggest stadium's in the world.
So true. It's been described that getting BTS tickets is like the Hunger Games😂 You are also competing with hardcore army's around the world who literally fly half around the world just to attend a BTS concert, etc...

Jungkook did not write or co write this songs, he listen to many songs from other people and this is the songs he wanted. He wanted to try something new and use foreign producers
The song 'Please don’t change' of his album was featuring Dj snake but Mayor Lazer was on another song which is 'Closer To You' for correct information.

There is a definite learning curve to know all the members, their faces and voices and then it just clicks. For the longest I couldn’t tell Jimin and Suga apart. And there were times that JK looked like V or Jin to me. Y’all are doing great.
ALL of JK’s other live vocals on this album are better than this NYC one. I mean he did good here, but the others are OUTSTANDING. I think people like this for the rawness of it and the fact that he only gave a short notice and so many people showed up. IHeart has a live band and his vocals are AMAZING ( no backup dancers), Jimmy Fallon Tonight Show, MCountdown all REALLY GOOD.

Thank you for your reaction. The barking I gather started as a jjoke. JK has a dog called BAM, he takes good care of him and some fans statting barking in the JK will take care of them and love them as he loves Bam. Thats what I was told, don't know if it is true. The audio on this was not very good, kept crackling. You should watch his live video performance on Audacy the sound quality is so much better.

JK's whole album was in english and he chose all the songs but didn't write them. He has written several BTS songs, so he has the ability, but I think he wanted to break into a more universal market with this album. I would love to see you react to the whole album...he brings us lots of variety. I guarantee the ARMY was singing the explicit version here...lol. Thanks for reacting.

JK has been smoking lately, which I think hinders his breathing. Also, in BTS each person sings a verse, but when he performs solo, he has to carry the entire song. It's much harder. He's still doing a phenomenal job.
He still did amazingly well with the live performance. 💜
The Collabs Infinitely decreased the probability of anyone getting a ticket to a BTS Concert anywhere in the World. It was already a Battle Royale to secure a seat pre-2020, but, unless Ticketmaster loosens its grip on the Ticket Industry we're all preemptively screwed 🥺💜🫂
