    Just bought a smoker and this is the first time I have ever smoked anything ... choose ribs because they re so great when done properly. I'm certain this video will be very helpful for a first time smoker ... thank you for sharing,

    What temperature are you smoking at?

      Hi Michael ... I like to smoke them at around 225, but there is no right or wrong. The higher temp you smoke at the greater the chance of overcooking them without knowing it. Hope this helps.
