as per my study ,i found out that first is hardware ,then data , network , consensus, application, while layer 0 is hardware, layer 1 ensure security , layer 2 scalability , and layer 3 for smart contract and dapps. m confuse in both types. r these same or different. if we google blockchain layers , it shows first layer concept while if we search for layer 0 12 3 , there is complete different mechanism and processes. pl help if possible.
I checked too, various people show various things on the internet... but I checked with a blockchain professional, the one shown in video is the correct one
