I can’t believe you’re getting $55 for a skirt slip! I have several listed exactly the same for sale right now for $25 and I usually don’t sell them until they’re discounted to $17-20. Amazing.
It did t sell for that. I accept reasonable offers. They usually sell for $25-$35 in a bundle. I find them to be great add ons. In this case I felt like it was free🤣 and the AGOLDE skirt was $70

This is the result of sourcing and reselling fulltime❤️ and I can’t imagine how incrediblynhrd it must be to work fulltime and resell. Give yourself grace, sales are slow. In comparison to how much I listed… this is low (Evan tho it seems amazing)
@@TabsMcCaffrey You are so right ... I am hard on myself and need to stop comparing. You have been at this longer and your hard work building your business is definitely showing and the successes are a result of that .. I will get there. Just trying out PrimeLister to help me get my US Posh site up to snuff and hopefully that will free up some time. I would love to walk away from my job and do this and get back to coaching figure skating maybe ... but till then bills must be paid and I just need to manage my time as best I can. So happy for you girl. For July I am painting my office, doing inventory and taking a hard look at what I have. I am checking sell thru and dumping the bad items. I am also going to get a standing desk. I want to scale up but have no room at the moment.
All fantastic ideas. You know what that shelving I use, doesn’t take up much room, and could store 250 items per shelving.
I have similar shelves. I have 3 sets. My plan it to use the 30x10x10 boxes for inventory I can fit I believe 300 to 400 items a shelf unit this way

I'm in the US and I remember when I found an Aritzia piece i got so excited because of your videos. It must not be that popular here because the piece was a brown and tan minimalist style reversible merino wool cardigan, I got it at the beginning of the fall but couldn't get anyone to buy it until the spring and it finally sold for $25 which was much lower than I expected.
If it was an older piece, they lose value. Many of there newer pieces are good. I think it’s going to blow up in the us soon!
So I checked to see if I could sell to Canada from the US, and the answer seems to be NO. The shipping has not been addressed from what I can tell, so OK Naver or whoever is running Poshmark now: how about getting all this tech you claim to have gained from Naver and getting us all INTERNATIONAL shipping like EBAY has???? --- Many sales lost because Poshmark is backward and not understanding how to truly grow the platform.
I use a cross boarder courier to sell in the US.

Tax treaty between Canada and us. TH-cam pays me from the us as well

Good call on listing out of season. I never wait to list things. I’ve been listing up a storm of winter jackets and stuff. Obviously I don’t sell many winter jackets in June but I’ve sold a couple in the past month for about $50 each so definitely worth listing!
Yes exactly. I have fairly low expectation on many of my new listing… but I’m no longer hoarding. If I find it I list it. New rules🤣

I have a few ppl yes, that love the items I source. I find one benefit to having a partial curated closet to certain styles. Ppl will come back bc they love what you source❤️

I’ve been debating starting eBay and/or posh US accounts - so I’m excited to see how this goes for you and hear more. Are you crosslisting between CAN & US closets (and even eBay)? Or choosing which items to post where?
Can sidekick sync them so if something cross posted sells in one place it delists from other? Or do you have to manage all that manually?
I will be crosslisting every thing to posh us. The software will be able to delete. It's still in development stages for extra features.

Re: deathpile - that’s exactly what I’ve been doing all month. Haven’t sourced since early June. My parents are downsizing and have given me some GREAT pieces along with my huge pile. And you know what? It’s been my best month ever 🤣

Hi Tabs! I'll definitely be interested to see the difference in what sells for you in the US vs Canada. My sourcing has been mostly at garage sales since it's the season for it and much cheaper COG than Goodwill. Practically like the bins! Ive used a VA earlier in the year and it was great but i had trouble wrapping my head around spending the money when things were slow. But i guess im not making money off the things that arent listed either. Definitely reconsidering starting again. May just wait for your video on it though 😂

Hello Tabs! I have been very interested in setting up a US Posh account but not sure how to start. I’ve watched a few videos but none where very helpful. Just scared me away from it lol I’ll be patiently waiting for your updates. I’m so happy for you! You truly are an innovator and you don’t let anything stop you. I do have a question if it fits into one of your videos. I see girls doing live shows on closet clear out days (sunday) and offer the 6.99$ discounted shipping. How do they do that? Another great video congrats on the growth with a VA and Posh US! Would love some guidance on getting rid of items that we “tried” as we were learning this business. And they are sitting in the closet with no interest - ie kids clothes, etc. debating if we should just leave them hoping the right person will come along? Remove them from the closet, Donate them and move on? Thought about trying a silent show with Side kick when it’s available and marking these items really cheap - everything that might have been a “bad” purchase? Struggling on this one and would value your wisdom as always Tabs.
I’m in the same boat. Waiting for the sidekick automated shows to go live so I can try doing a couple of clear outs. I realize that I can’t afford the space to store the misses. If they do t sell after that will take them and donate some/use rest to get coupons when I shop value village.
Items that I know absolutely were bad decisions I donate for coupons at vv. I’ve tried to give them away, if no one wants… pull and donate. At least you get a 20% coupon.

Did you have to open a new Posh account for selling in US or is there a way to keep my current username? I have a business license number as well and I think I can do this🤩 I have hope.

I hang them right away. Usually only have to steam 4/20 items. Easy peasy! I do y source dirty items. So that parts pretty easy
I find your videos more and more frustrating - I even feel angry -because don’t acknowledge the Rolf of seller rating. What you say may be true of those with a seller rating above 3000 but is NOT true of closets who have lower sales ratings for whom the algorithm doesn’t direct people who are willing to spend the money they do on your account. I have tried exact replication and achieve nowhere near your results over a six month period. For people with lower sales rankings you give very false hopes and expectations.
I sell on Posh and eBay and have never heard of "the Rolf of seller rating"? Is that the algorithm?
Bc I don’t believe in it. I just started a US closet. Zero rating and made 2 sales, in 2 days made 4 sales. I encourage you to unsubscribe to me.
