The fines are cheap up there.... in Florida it’s nearly $300 for a red light camera violation and $175 for a parking ticket... Oy!

Iam surprised at how some of these guys are blowing red lights. It's not even close, someone could really get hurt.
Putting hands in pockets is a way to hide and to avoid the situation. Sometimes associated with lying. The person feels in need to hide because he is not saying the truth but this only happens when the person thinks that lying is bad.
People, you are talking to a judge, answer with respect. Say Sir , your honor etc.

If it really was a sister and brother blowing red lights. Sounds like they need to go back to driver education and try not to disregard safty lights called a traffic light!

I once worked with alot of people who spoke broken English like the guy. They often got confused just because English wasn't their first accent.
