As of 6:20 CST 10/20/2023 they have stopped souls from allowing you to gain score. So this no longer works as shown in the video. It still auto collects the souls for you but doesn't give you x4 progression on scorestreaks.

This technically has been a thing since the first "Trophy" event. It's just this time, there are ways to get more trophies (Souls) per kill. Was it done on purpose? probably. Could it have been unintended consequences? yes. It was also just fixed
it only makes sense it's deliberate. they intentionally make an OP item. lock it behind a bundle. TH-camrs make a video about it. every wallet warrior buys it to get an advantage. after they're satisfied with the sales it gets nerfed. everyone brushes it off as another bug/glitch. repeat cycle.😂😂

Also a 93 somewhere on them because the show started in 1993. Auxiliary and composite ports from the old tvs of the era. Nice little call backs. I grabbed it for the sz holo. Had no idea there were hidden... features.

This gun screen would be PERFECT for the Soulless bundle weapons. Even though you didn't talk about the blueprints, I like the SZ Holotherm on the FR Advancer blueprint because it has that VHS filter instead of the traditional orange.

They should just make the souls come to whoever got the kill regardless of weapon or setup being used THEN reduce the amount of XP you are able to receive when picking up a soul. They shouldn't have put this feature behind a pay wall. Due to them putting it behind a pay wall & due to the amount of XP gained when the soul is captured definitely makes this "pay to win" 💯🤷🏼♂️ Now watch how stupid these DEVS are.... For anyone wanting to prepare for the Killstreak nightmare. So-14 with 50 round incendiary or any heavy LMG works fine vs VTOLs and Choppers. As for gunships a cruise missile one shots them if you can steer it. P2W content sucks because it's the devs and publishers pitting players against players for some arms race. MW3's going to be a heartbreak if this is the state of things, if you want MW3, wait for a sale or something.

Actually, it has nothing to do with the gun screen. The extra score you receive is because of the souls, so even if you pick them up manually it will give you killstreaks faster. This time I don't think this is P2W.

It kind of Strokes your ego a bit, but heaven forbid if at the end of a game for just a few weeks the average player gets a chance to experience some of the higher kill streaks and maybe a better score on a game or two. I bet you don't like getting nailed the second your feet hit the ground every time from killstreak after killstreak but it's okay if it's you deploying those killstreaks. Let others have some fun for a few weeks at the end of the games life cycle...

Just seems like the gun screen automatically attracts the souls to you, so you get the score from collecting souls. weird for sure though
You get way less score for collecting the souls manually.

I got 65 kills last night on shipment with it. You don't get souls off people you've already collected from.
You only get 75 extra points per kill with all the souls without this gunscreen. This gives you 400 extra per kill.
