That folder contained the Certificates of Authenticity for the items they have collected, the Norman Rockwell plates, Coca Cola paraphernalia, maybe even some of the Campbells things. You might consider carrying an old bath towel to cushion the glass pieces you put in the bucket. Keep estate sale-ing!
That binder looks like it’s where they put all the certificates of authenticity for their trinkets - pity the estate company didn’t match them up with what was being sold but I guess it would be too time consuming
I'm happy you bought the the stone frog, even though heavy to carry. Your pup could use it for an outside watering hole. Handy all year round. Nice to see Mark. 😅😅
Love your cool turtle planter Jeffrey. He’s a great find. Haven’t seen you in a while, we’re missing you. Lots to see in the first house sale, fun to watch. Happy April guys, a little chilly in Florida? You have jackets on. We had snow showers in Ohio yesterday😡
Remember to always take bubble wrap, newspaper, anything to kind of wrap those beautiful very breakable vases…thank you. You guys make me nervous putting things on top of each other in a 5 gal pail😖
What was in that lucite paperweight was quite interesting. It was the LEM from the first moon landing. Came from Long Island where it was made - Grumman. I sold one once - lots of NASA collectors out there.
I missed the crystal salt and pepper shakers at your April 5 sale. They were beautiful. Maybe you could find some red glass. Ones. I'd love that. I have red accents in my kitchen.
Which is the best if you wanted to start reselling E-bay ,Etsy, or Rubylane for first timers ? Mostly I have things I have collected over the years and I'm down sizing with my treasures.Keeping my most favorites, departing the rest.
If people aren't buying fine china, then why are the prices for it skyrocketing on ebay? I am trying to fill in some of my royal albert and the prices more than doubled since the year began!
It always makes me nervous seeing all of the glass pieces stacked in those buckets🙈. Good to see you back!
Where have you been, young man? 😊
That was my question too!
He,s in love say no more
He might be busy helping Mark set up shop, my guess but boy sure do miss Jeffrey vids!
Glad I'm not the only one wondering what the heck he's been doing. Welcome back.
I want that castle fountain!!!
Great 🐢 planter, that will be fun to have. I bet Bebe will have a way of markinng it, as only puppies do 😂

Yes, U S Savings Bonds. They can be redeemed by the named owner or the probate estate.
That first sale was EPIC!!!! And that turtle planter was fantastic!!!!! Mark is very helpful!!!!!😊
Jeffrey, it's so sweet watching you mentor Mark in his new venture 😊
Adorable turtle planter!!!!!!!

your swung vase on min 7:56 is Aseda Glasbruk vase from Sweden designed by Bo Borgstrom
Jeff buter pats are going for crazy prices. Especially off white ones😊
Missed you both! Great finds!
The turtle flower pot is a great deal...adorable!❤🎉😊
The binder with papers looks like certificates for plates and other collectibles.
Love you both so sweet. Thank you for the company 🙏💙
How much stuff can u pile into a bucket before the fragiles on the bottom break? Yikes
Loved the swung ball vase, never seen one like it before.
Love that turtle planter! Great haul at the first sale!
Wow, I am so happy to see you guys again, I was worried that you stopped selling and didn’t say anything. Love this estate sale ❤️
Yay! Glad to see another video! The turtle planter is so cute!
That binder looks like it’s where they put all the certificates of authenticity for their trinkets - pity the estate company didn’t match them up with what was being sold but I guess it would be too time consuming
Thanks Jeffrey and Mark. !! Lots of nice items at first sale but kind of expensive. You did ok though.
Sis needs more videos 😂 I’m so addicted 🤷♀️
I'm happy you bought the the stone frog, even though heavy to carry. Your pup could use it for an outside watering hole. Handy all year round. Nice to see Mark. 😅😅
Love that glass footed plate. So unique! Thanks Jeffrey.
Hi Jeffrey and Mark. That first house looked nice. I liked the Goofy phone. Hope you're having a good weekend 🦩
OMG a Val St Lambert green cased crystal vase for $8.00 (at 3:10). I am so envious of your Florida sales!!
A ton of tins! That would have kept me busy for awhile. Also liked the terracotta planters.
Good to see a video from you, its been awhile.
You should have picked up the butterpats, they go for $4-40 depending on age and material
I haven't seen one of your videos in a while!!
That first house was ginormous!!
Are you teaching Mark to flip? He has such a sweet smile.
I was so excited to see a new video from you this morning! The first sale was insane!
Thank you for showing us around ! Hope u will take us to a few antique stores or upscale antique mall.
This was a nice estate sale , thank you !
You could put succulents or cactus in the pots but put lots of grit on them.❤
Bout time 💁♀️
I keep taking things to Goodwill so my son won’t have to deal with a house that looks like this!
I think those are savings bonds that the family needs to be made aware of. Only certain people can sign and cash them.

There was So much stuff; some good fines that you found
Hi I think you should have gotten both turtle planters
Great deal
Love the turtle planter!

I think you need another bucket. You two got good prices on most.
Miss the haul review! Great finds you have there
Great sale! Thanks for sharing ❤Jeffrey and Mark

Love that first house!!
Missed you😊

I've never seen that style, amber, cake plate! It's pretty cool!
The older bath towels absorb better than the newer cotton, I think

Ah man! You really missed out on those butter pats! They are a bit ticked item!
I will have to found a new house eventually and I just love the house you are in for the estate sale.😂
There he is. We missed you
Love the cake plate!
Find out how much for that book you just picked up
You said Norman Rockwell
I’d be interested in that too
I like like those 2 bells you picked up! How do I find your sight or can I email you b4 you list things I’m interested in?
Rockwell certificates were certificates of authenticity for the Rockwell plate collection.
$100 for a duvet? Good price, they are $300 plus in stores in Canada.
I’ve missed you Jeffrey!
He didn’t put the vase back🤭🤭 you need two buckets😉🙋🏽♀🙋🏽♀ love your videos
Nice sale!
Jeffrey, You are definitely a man that knows what he wants. Great picks!
I like the fact that while you are shopping, you tell us what the prices of the items are and who made them. How is Mark's doggie?
Never pick up a lace figurine by the lace. It damages too easily. Always go for the head or some portion of the body where there is no lace.
Those were savings bonds yes $$$$
Great deals!
-Jeffrey and Mark I see you got your partner in crime addicted to buying and selling good for both of you ,you're really having fun now❤❤❤❤❤
Mr bossy mark 😁 said with respect
At the 727 mark i have that creamer and sugar you said was older. I also have the underplate that they set on.❤
😊😊😊😊😊
Binder was full of certificates from collectibles
Awesome items ❤
Don’t break that first lace lady!!😮
Green ladle was cool
The metal music jewelry box, where would I find that to purchase it?
I love these videos!
Did you get the other matching concrete turtle aswell ?
Habibi going to use it like afire hydrant😂😂😂
You guys are fun..new sub❤
Watching you from Delaware.
Mark ? Cutie !
You found savings bonds.
It just kills me to see people just strolling around. Where I live people would be running, snnatching, and grabbing.
Same!
Stock certificates
My dear friend just moved to Ocala 2 years ago
Hi 👋 ❤😊
Hi are you coming to TKi at Rose's Auction House?
I see you went with rhe Lamp lady and George to different sales.Do you love in Florida?
Single means for a twin bed.
Hello 😊
They look like old savings bonds to me, i worked in a bank and have seen them
If people aren't buying fine china, then why are the prices for it skyrocketing on ebay? I am trying to fill in some of my royal albert and the prices more than doubled since the year began!
Try Replacements website if you haven’t already.
Is Mark getting into selling now too?
Those were savings bonds. Wow! You cleaned up.
They were cashed in, note the keypunch on the end of certificate
For those of you who think he's bossing Mark around, I see it as him mentoring him. I'm sure he wants Mark to be successful with his shop.
Mark and you make a good team
Will you return on 50% off day at the first sale ?
That goofy phone sells for over 50.00 if it works.
People don’t want dishes they can’t put in the dishwasher!
