    Hi David, thank you for the video, it was useful. You echoed my question as to whether or not this will work on a subdomain but still have integration into the various websites with e.g. LMS plugins or WooCommerce installed and work seamlessly, as a busy site will very likely benefit from having a separate install/server handling the heavy lifting for this plugin. If you ever find out please do post an update.

    Hello, can you auto generate a ticket number if a person fills out fluent forms? I am looking for a auto generated repair ticket that automatically gets sent to a person that has filled out a fluent form. thank you

    H David, ticket only can be created by staff right?, how about the custumer can create it if they need help?

      I think there is the option for customers to submit requests online or via email.
